Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals for the crew, considering dietary requirements and maintaining high- quality standards.
Assist the Chief Cook with monitoring the food supplies and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with the catering team to plan varied menus.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, following strict sanitation practices to prevent contamination.
Provide excellent customer service to the crew, addressing any concerns or special requests related to meals.
Be familiar with emergency procedures and participate in drills to ensure readiness for any onboard emergencies.
