Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals for the crew, considering dietary requirements and maintaining high- quality standards.
  • Assist the Chief Cook with monitoring the food supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to plan varied menus.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, following strict sanitation practices to prevent contamination.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the crew, addressing any concerns or special requests related to meals.
  • Be familiar with emergency procedures and participate in drills to ensure readiness for any onboard emergencies.
