Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts for the crew, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
Collaborate with the galley team to plan a diverse and appealing menu that includes baked goods.
Monitor and manage baking supplies, ensuring an adequate stock of flour, yeast, and other necessary items.
Ensure that baked goods meet quality standards and adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
Keep the bakery area clean and well-maintained, following strict sanitation practices to prevent contamination.
Work closely with other galley staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure a smooth flow of operations.
