Skilled Deck Mechanics to join a Pipelay Vessel for a client specialized in offshore deep-sea pipelay operations.

Requirements

• Valid STCW documents
• National Seamans book
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proven experience as Deck Mechanic, onboard pipelay vessel or similar.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment
• Good knowledge of English language

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on deck machinery and equipment, including winches, cranes, hydraulics, and other relevant systems.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.

Working Conditions

• Work schedule in consultation
• Work area – primarily in Europe
• Should be prepared for physical work often in challenging weather conditions.
